1) I found a new band I like called the Avett Brothers. I only have one of their albums (Emotionalism) but I can’t stop listening to it. Check it out if you like catchy tunes on guitars, or folkish poppy rocky bluegrass, or things like that.
2) I came across this story and I thought it was great. I could have written it myself (except for the Dutch plop-gnomes): Funny story

Oh yeah the Avett Brothers are pretty awesome. I love “Murder in the City” by them. I think it just finally became summer here and I can’t say I’m too upset about it, I’m ready for fall.

Hey there. I became a blog follower of yours awhile back, but then I kind of fell out of the blogosphere. I’m back now and trying to get caught up on reading blog posts and such. It will take awhile. Anywho, I was just scrolling through your posts real quick and the word “Avett” just caught my eye. I’m the biggest Avett Brothers fan! I just wanted to give you a heads up that they are coming to Sydney in April! I’m going to the show, can’t wait.
